Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to enhance the in-room entertainment by offering access to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, or Apple TV. This addition would provide guests with more diverse and personalized entertainment options. Overall, highly recommended – we would definitely return!

This place is awesome! Everything is thought out for children and people with limited mobility! Together with Neverland, there is a huge territory and a large selection of restaurants! The hotel team is on top, just super! shuttle to the beach - no problem

the hotel is everything and more. I came back after last year stay and I wasn't dissapointed, we came early in the morning but receptions cheked us immediately, assisting us in chieck-in process ( we have been served juice from hibiscus while filling out tghe documents). Mr Ramadan kindly helped us with this process. Our apartment was large, very clean,daily cleaned. it was equipped with minibar daily filled with soft drinks,at the desk there was basket of fruits waiting for us!, kettle with cups and tee, coffe. aircon worked very well, Wifi is super fast and it works in the whole hotel what is an advantage, Beds aroun 1,4 m wide; have comfy mattresses,very clean fresh bedlinen, the furniture like wide desk with mirror halped me while I was working. Large glass balcony doors leaded to fantastic balcony with view to magnificent garden with pools- like a fairytell. Room was at the last floor so I felt very private and comfortable there. we didnt use the tv as always beeeing outside ;-). bathroom is decent size, dayly equipeed with free toileteers, fresh towels if You wish a change, comfy shower, in the corridor there is safebox in the wardrobe. But the best for me here are : attentive, supernice staff, fantastic food all day long, my favourite cousine in restaurant TAGINE, drinks and very good bottled! red wine, freshly made, everyday changed meals and fantastic meat dishes, fresh friuts everywhere, squized fresh orange juice, very clean fastly prepared tables ina all restaurants, nice waiters serving You at the swimming pool area, wonderfull beach and heated magnificent pool. Every evening fantastic animations- dance shows, fireshows, etc, And last but not least! - My favourite reception officer ALI - Ali takes care about me while I am here - as I never travel with agency-only by my own- Ali is so attentive, remembers all my needs, always smiling, professional and - for he speaks POLISH !, ENGLISH, GERMAN, ARABIC,FRENCH,RUSSIAN.

Honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had! Super clean, great welcome, delicious food, and a special thanks to the manager Ahmed Khemis – always attentive and super helpful. Big thumbs up to Stella Gardens resort ! , I’ll definitely be recommending it.

Tropitel is one of the best resorts I've stayed at (between 11 to 18 February). A beautiful resort, with lots of greenery, well-kept plants and impeccable lawns. Diversified food and sweets for all tastes, including vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant where meals are served is sufficient for everyone. Fresh and very good fruit. The local drink is good, from all the bars. Very good, quality coffee. Heated pool, beach seats have wind protection and shade. The beach has fine sand. The reception staff is professional, very well trained and ready to help you at any time. The customer service girls were very nice and called us to ask how we were, if we had any problems or if we liked the room. They also helped us with printing boarding passes. We had 2 deluxe rooms overlooking the pool and the sea, very large, thoroughly cleaned daily, and on top of that interconnected through a common door (perfect for families). The staff who cleaned daily very nice, attentive. Every day we had bottled water in the room and figurines made of towels on the bed. Jessica from car rental helped us organize a private tour of Cairo and Luxor for 3 people with a professional guide and driver just for us at a great price. Her office is in the reception hall. I recommend it to benefit from transport in Hurghada, the airport or trips to Cairo and Luxor. We came for the first time on our own in Egypt and we did well, it was better than we could have expected. When leaving, some of the employees led us to say goodbye, including Jessica, who was very nice. We recommend this resort, it is definitely worth it from all points of view.

Everything was incredible good

Best ever we have been in many places but this one is special me and my kids we had really nice time lots of opportunity to chose from kids had lots of fun.all the stuff was very friendly from the door to the management. My kids didn’t want to leave Mohamed Reda from the L’Aslatique restaurant the best kids wanted to stay more they he was very nice with them. It was my son’s birthday they made really nice party for him and done everything for us it will be remembered for life time. Thanks to all of you who works there
