Great, helpful, english speaking personel. It was quiet in the room, although the hotel is right next to the old town. The big park was also nearby, which was great, because we were traveling with a dog. There was no additional charge for the dog

The stuff was super kind and helpful to me, they provided me with everything that I needed, the kitchen was fully equipped even with free food such as pasta, flour, rice etc. The rooms were very clean so were the bathrooms and in general my stay was very pleasant without any issues.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and the hotel is an important historic building in that Rudolph Steiner once lived there. Excellent continental breakfast.
