The hotel is very well located, just need to (literally) cross the street in order to reach the city's old centre. A 5-minute ride to most of the city's attractions, castles, cable car, lakes, etc. Great staff, always helpful.

The staff members were all lovely and a couple of them were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help us when travel and meal plans came unstuck. The food is tasty and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The sauna and rest area is an added bonus.

A great place to stay. It's located almost in the city center. The train and bus station, shops, and other amenities are within walking distance, yet it's quite quiet and peaceful. The rooms are clean, warm, and cozy. The ground floor has a coffee machine (coins are required), a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and dishes, as well as tables. You can prepare and enjoy breakfast there. Very nice place thank you.
