The location was fantastic!! The apartment was clean. The gentleman at the reception was super friendly. He gave us a map and very good advice on visiting Neuschwanstein Castle, ie taking the shuttle, where to park etc. Breakfast was also a good spread.

The location is perfect, close to the castles and the old city of Fussen. The staff is very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed all the lobby facilities, like the billiard, board games and the cute little shop right next to the reception as well as the RiWa restaurant, which offers a variety of dishes. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and decorated with high aesthetics, and so are the common spaces of the hotel. Totally recommend and would definitely visit again when in the area.

Great location in the heart of the city center. Nice, quiet and comfortable room. Very clean, enviromentally friendly strategies. Self Check-in went without any problem.

It was a great stay, location is very good, room comfy, parking available outside. We did the check in and check out with a machine, it was not difficult but maybe some people don't like it, I think there was a bell you could ring for assistance but we didn't use it
