Great sized room. Great heating system that warmed the room sufficiently. Exceptional housekeeping service every day. Didn't use the sauna facilities but was happy there was a small gym next to it where a good functioning bicycle and treadmill. In general the staff are super friendly

The hotel is right in the heart of Dusseldorf shopping district and pedestrian zone. The Christmas market was right there. All tourist spots are within walking distance, except that the train station is a longish walk of about 15 mins. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was excellent and served in a spacious and pleasant room. There was champagne at breakfast, although this may be a Christmas special. The hotel room price is not cheap, but it is reasonable for the quality. Recommend 100%
