The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

The hotel is located close to the Frankfurt Hbf but still far from unpleasant crowds and noise, near the river bank and 15-20 minutes from main attractions. The breakfast was rich with a good selection of bread, fruits and cold/hot dishes. We enjoyed it a lot. The staff was friendly. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Recommend this hotel and will stay again once in Frankfurt

Great location for business, just across the road from Messe Frankfurt. Very close to central station, good transport links, trams only 100mts away from hotel. Situated in a nice quiet area. Friendly staff, very clean room with everything I needed and a great selection for breakfast.

Amazing space. Clean and bathrooms spotless. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the complimentary drinks in fridge (beers too!) were such a welcome addition.

Firstly, we liked the location because the hotel is near the center of the city, but also is in a quiet place. The hotel looks amazing and offers a wide range of activities such as spa and restaurant. The rooms are big enough and are modern designed. Overall, it is very worthy and at a great price. We had problems with the entry cards, but the problem was fast solved by the receptionists.
