Great staff and great place to stay while in Lindau. Accessible price with great breakfast. Shower was great, as the restaurant tha has the same name of the hotel. If one day I should return to Lindau Insel, would stay again in Engel!

Fabulous location with just a short walk to the lake and the train station across the road . The staff were delightful and attentive. Great breakfast. Our bedroom was located on the first floor of the new block - it was spacious and very modern with a lovely view of the gardens. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel is truly perfect, away from the big cities. Quiet, cozy, and peaceful with a wonderful view of Lake Constance. The pool and spa are great. There are several saunas, which allows you to use the sauna without it being overcrowded. The restaurant is very good, as is the wine list. I recommend it. And the breakfast is more than fantastic!
