This was an exceptional stay. Very welcoming, helpful and comfortable. Very good atmosphere, would definitely book again. Good location by the river, but easy and quick links into the city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean, bathroom was good with powerful shower. Beds were very comfortable, and there were many quirky touches that we liked. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We were there for football at Bay Arena (Bayer Leverkusen) and the location and transport to the ground (about 4kms) was excellent. Free bus to stadium and back from Opladen. Train to Cologne in 15 mins. Great hotel, great location and we would definitely recommend.

Helpful staff, they all speak English, good location, supermarket near and metro station, very clean, modern, safe. You can borrow the hotel's umbrellas. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The staff was excellent. They gave us all the local restaurants and the best places to look around. The room was massive! excellent location, and we could see the Cologne Cathedral from our room.
