The self-check-in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean, well-organized, and reasonably sized. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Konstanz.

Every thing in hotel was awesome. Attending staff Ms. COPPINA she was very supportive. She made us for city passess for free to visit the city. Also she supported to keep our luggage after checkout in order to give us time to visit city without carrying your luggage with you. The room and facilities was great. Breakfast was also great... We really liked everything but the most impressive part was the amazing restaurant!! We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner every night in the restaurant. Really good quality, big portions and it really looked good on your plate too! Simply amazing! Breakfast was also very nice and fresh with enough options to choose from! So yummy! Our hotel room had a really good size. We travelled with our 11-year old daughter and she had a very comfortabel sofabed. There was also a hangmat chair in the room which she really loved. The shower was amazing and was a really nice walk-in shower. So you could easily shower together. The location of the hotel is in our perspective ideal. Easy access within walking distance to the water of the Bodensee. The hotel has their own garage which was very convenient too. And the hotel gave us free tickets to use public transportation. I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back! My compiments to the staff and the owners!

Breakfast was delicious and so very beautifully presented. Lots of choice and delicacies to sample. Coffee was excellent too. We had a room with a garden view on first floor which was quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very hospitable and helpful. We spoke only basic German but most were fluent in English. We were delighted to be offered a drink and snack on our arrival, lovely touch. Facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. Excellent convenient location away from the harbor noise and ferry terminal, but only a 5-7 minute walk to old town. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy a dinner/meal at the hotel restaurant, next time!
