The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. The Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately, although no dedicated disabled parking areas, I was able to find a spot close to the entrance to the hotel.

This new hotel lies in the pedestrian area in the heart of Essen, 500 metres from Essen Main Station and Essen Cathedral. Motel One Essen features a 24-hour lounge and free Wi-Fi.

Our stay was wonderful. Friendly reception staff who are available 24/7, modern renovation and design, the room was clean. Also noted the excellent soundproofing, which is often a problem in hotels

Beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff, everything is designed to be as comfortable as possible. The hotel bar and restaurant are great and the location next to Gruga Park is fantastic.

This 4-star hotel is located directly south of Essen city centre. It is 1 underground station from Essen Main Station and 3 stops from the Gruga-Halle exhibition centre.

Very comfortable business hotel, close to the subway and with some nice restaurants at walking distance. Easy access to Messe Essen. Breakfast was good and staff was always nice and kind. Room was spacious and cozy.

The hotel is fantastic. I love the rooms with a little terasse outside. But what I am most impressed by are the small, thought through details, like producing their own marmelades from the garden etc. The ecological concept is as good as it gets. What I am impressed by most is the staff, and the athmosphere they create. Service appears to be their passion, everyone is really on the job. I am travelling a lot, and see a lot of shitty hotels (often with a lot of stars). This house is exeptional, I loved every moment of the stay and will for sure come back.
