The hotel is immaculate. Clean and comfy rooms with a great buffet breakfast to meet all needs. Turns out it's an old Dunlop factory too, lots of pictures inside highlighting it's former life.

The hotel is fantastic. I love the rooms with a little terasse outside. But what I am most impressed by are the small, thought through details, like producing their own marmelades from the garden etc. The ecological concept is as good as it gets. What I am impressed by most is the staff, and the athmosphere they create. Service appears to be their passion, everyone is really on the job. I am travelling a lot, and see a lot of shitty hotels (often with a lot of stars). This house is exeptional, I loved every moment of the stay and will for sure come back.

The breakfast is OK. They have a lot of vegan options. The location is directly next to the Christmas Market in Essen. The parking is next to the hotel and costs 18e per 24h. Rooms are well maintained. To find the parking you have to look for Centralgarage Kennedyplatz and enter the underground tunnel on the road.

The room was excellent and clean and the staff were very professional. Also breakfest was amazing, everything you could dream of was available.

Big size room and very cheap for its facilities. we had everything that we needed and we even wanted to stay more there if it would be possible for our trip. so close to the Center of Dortmund so I would totally recommend this place to anyone. staff even keep our luggage for free before check in and after checkout before our flight.
