Excellent location if you plan to walk to the train station. It was quiet and clean and the bathroom was a good size. We had breakfast one morning ... booked it onsite. Very reasonable and good.

The location was spectacular. The rooms very well setup and comfortable. My mother was extremely impressed.

The CONTEL Hotel is located right next to the MOSELBAD with its large sauna area and swimming pool. We are a 15-minute walk along the Moselle from the old town and city center.

Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.

I love coming back to Schloss Montabaur. The care that the staff have for hotel guests, top-notch, not crowded spa area, massages, thoughtful touches around the place, very tasty food are all highlights every time I stay there. We went there this time for our anniversary weekend and it was absolutely amazing!

Location in front of train station. It has a beer garden in front of the Rhine, it is renovated, clean, with good reception. Cheap buffet breakfast. Nice hostel room with bed curtains, individual light, good mattress. (remember: the small Tourist Tax gives you access to the museum and FREE local Rhine public transport!).
