The hotel was basically everything we expected, including the spa area, but if you are thinking about enjoying the bar and restaurant do not ignore their messages asking you to book a table. We did and could not dine or enjoy a drink there. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I was really surprised. Accidentally we had the biggest room with huge dining room and theee bedrooms. We also had two bathrooms. Whole experience was awesome and we all enjoyed it a lot!

The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.

Very spacious appartment, clean, quiet (even if being on the main street), walking distance from the Imperial bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom also. Everything you need for a stay in Karlovy Vary. The host was also very friendly. I can only reccomend. Karlovy Vary is pretty long city but we still explore it completely by walking. In case it's needed there was also a bus stop in the near. There are also parking options in the near (500-700m away), it's good to be checked in advance

This is a beautifully presented old-style hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. loved our room and balcony. Nice high ceilings, comfy bed, well appointed. The bar staff were friendly and we enjoyed drinks on the terrace. Other than a good breakfast, we didn’t eat at the hotel (but we highly recommend the exceptional Saffron Indian Restaurant https://saffronindickarestaurace.cz/en/). Lastly, the pool and turbo tub upstairs on the 6th floor were great: there’s a button to push which generates a current to swim against. Overall loved our stay in magical Karlovy Vary..!
