The hotel was basically everything we expected, including the spa area, but if you are thinking about enjoying the bar and restaurant do not ignore their messages asking you to book a table. We did and could not dine or enjoy a drink there. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were really attentive and friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable, just as in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and even the minibar was actually reasonably priced. We booked massages (best to do it a few weeks in advance) and at first they told us that me and my partner can't have massages at the same time, but later when they probably added another masseuse for that date, they still remembered our request and could do our procedures at the same time – and we both really enjoyed our massages. The parking was simple and had plenty of empty spaces. The breakfast had enough variety. Someone mentioned a music playing in the halls we also had a speaker right behind our door, but it was not very loud and seemed to be off during the night time. Would definitely visit again.

The space is very spacious, and the living room and kitchen provided all the necessary amenities. We had a very comfortable two-night stay. The location is also excellent, with a convenient parking lot right across the street (a maximum of 300kr per day, and free after 7 PM, which is a reasonable price). It's also within walking distance to the hot springs road.

Very spacious appartment, clean, quiet (even if being on the main street), walking distance from the Imperial bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom also. Everything you need for a stay in Karlovy Vary. The host was also very friendly. I can only reccomend. Karlovy Vary is pretty long city but we still explore it completely by walking. In case it's needed there was also a bus stop in the near. There are also parking options in the near (500-700m away), it's good to be checked in advance

To receive the key at the reception was smooth, the staff was very helpful. The parking at the property had a reasonable price, it was convenient. The apartment what we get was huge. It had also two complete bathrooms.

Beautiful historical building, clean room, well kept. The hotel is nicely situated. On the top floor there is sauna, pool and jacuzzi free of charge. Breakfasts are diversified and tasty.
