The staff is excellent. Friendly and welcoming. The room size is good. A selection of a la carte restaurants, including a hotel restaurant where you can have a rich buffet-style dinner. When we arrived, they gave us champagne and took our luggage to our rooms. We didnt need to lift a finger. Staff was very nice and helped throughout our stay with taxis and information we needed. Rooms and services were impeccable, food was great and the drinks were really good. One can also drink in the pool, on the sundecks, by the ocean or wherever one deems fit. After our check out, we could stay until our flight time was approaching and use all facilities except for our rooms, since we had to check out at 12pm.

We came at the start of the season and got to the hotel about five hours before check-in. Marina at the reception welcomed us with such warmth — she was incredibly kind and somehow managed to get us into our room much earlier than expected. After a long and exhausting flight, that meant the world to us. The whole staff was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Thank you all — we already can’t wait to come back! The hotel was really clean. Towels were changed every two days, bed sheets every three, and the ‘Prija’ cosmetics we got each day smelled so nice and felt great on the skin — all with clean ingredients. We stayed in the room with stunning beach view and it honestly felt like a dream. We’d fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up feeling fresh and calm. You could even smell the sea and salt in the air from the room — it really felt like something out of a fairy tale. The sauna was clean and relaxing, and the outdoor pool was perfect. Another thing we loved — the city center is just a 15-minute walk along the beach, which made it so easy and lovely to explore. Breakfast was delicious — my favorite: fresh fruit, warm croissants, and freshly squeezed orange juice that I just couldn’t get enough of.

The staff were all very kind. Excellent food. The spa is also excellent and the kids club was fun every day. The kids club is worth paying for because the staff separate the kids into age groups and teach them different things every day. The teaching staff plan the days very well in advance. There are plenty of healthy food options for the kids. Mel and Rose made my daughter feel very welcome at the kids club and the additional kids parties in the evening were excellent. The breakfast staff like Mila are very kind and attentive. The hotel location is excellent, you can just walk along the harbour pier to different restaurants if you want to get out in the heat. Lastly the spa is very well done, the therapists are highly trained degree holders etc. the sauna is properly hot and there is a great place for the kids to relax. There is a tiny beach at the front of the hotel which allows you to swim in the sea but the pools are salt water anyway.

The fact that you wake up and see the greenery of the golf course was truly magical. The service tops it all off, all the employees were kind and helpful. Oh and the breakfast was divine! A vast selection of food for everyone, even for those who prefer healthy options - there was a whole healthy isle.
