The staff are amazing. Our Spanish is very poor and we had no problem communicating at all. They had suggestions for eating, sightseeing, helped us with taking a bus to Santiago, etc. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices and eggs made for you. The room was very comfortable, with very little street noise even with the window open. My daughter also had a massage arranged by the hotel. She said it was great :) The location is very good, easy to walk anywhere.
