This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Valparaíso! Location was perfect, room was super clean and had lovely views of the water and city. We were greeted and taken care of straight away by Max from the front desk. He assisted with our luggage and explained the facilities. After we settled in he made a lovely coffee for us and proceeded to explain the area with recommendations for restaurants etc. His colleague Juan Victor was also tremendously helpful with recommendations etc. They were both very kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable and homely. The decor was fresh and our room was well appointed. The building was quite modern inside and the decor had a coastal theme. Our room was air conditioned and the building had a lift. We really liked the area. Filtered water machine on bottom floor.

Very well appointed and comfortable. It’s situated n a very good location near plenty of restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the superb staff . The front of house team were exceptional, Marcos in particular was so very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent value for money

A lovely old building that has been renovated into a charming hotel, outdone only by the welcoming and very friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The espresso coffee was also very nice.

We were in the family apartment. The floor creaks, the paintwork is chipped, the windows don't close properly but it has so much character, it's a super stay. The breakfast is excellent, Bread, cheese, waffles, yogurt, fruits, teas and coffee. Staff are excellent. Location is perfect. Large communal kitchen. Many Bus stops within 5 minutes walk.
