Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient...very welcoming. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! We saw sea otters numerous times as well as a variety of sea birds. Room was a good size and well-maintained. Breakfast each day had an excellent selection and was fresh and regularly replenished. Could not fault hospitality team...wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about New Voga—it was honestly one of the best places I stayed on my trip! The whole place is impeccably clean and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is just perfect: quiet but close to everything. What I appreciated most was how incredibly helpful and thoughtful the staff were. They shared great local tips, were always smiling, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Though there are three floors of rooms, the property has more of an intimate bed and breakfast feel while still highly attentive to all guests needs. They had beautiful breakfast spreads laid out, were extremely helpful in restaurant and activity recommendation - especially over the holidays with a lot of closures. The spa area was also a great feature. It's a great location at the top of uptown Valpo.

If we could, we would give 11 points. Everything was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us many very useful recommendations. We were treated very generously. They view from the rooftop terrace was overwhelming.

Very well appointed and comfortable. It’s situated n a very good location near plenty of restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the superb staff . The front of house team were exceptional, Marcos in particular was so very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent value for money

Lovely hotel - excellent location, rooms well equipped, comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, great breakfasts. We had 2 rooms - a mountain view and a sea facing suite. The suite was fantastic with a large veranda overlooking the bay (best views). The mountain facing room was a bit smaller but also excellent. Close to attractions and area safe. Would definitely recommend.
