The hotel is a few meters from the Interlaken West train station. I really appreciated the fact that I received an upgrade to a superior room type. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, extremely kind and always smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day.

Very clean! Beautiful rooms, right next to the city center. We got a free upgrade when we check in. The guy on the reception was very welcome and friendly. We would recommend 100%.

I happened to forget my suitcase at the hotel. The staff was willing to help us send my suitcase to my current stay at that time. He even got an offer of the reduced delivery charges for me! Such a wonderful hotel. Gorgeous rooms, delicious food, and the owner (Simon) was so friendly and kindly helped my husband and I set up our ski touring equipment in his downstairs workshop and even gave us tips on ski touring because he is an incredible athlete! We so appreciated all the attention to detail at his fabulous hotel - highly recommend.
