The staff were all extremely welcoming and quite simply, lovely. My daughter of 4, who doesn't speak a word of German, said one of the waitresses/hosts was now her 'best friend,' and she was sad to leave. Really absolute A+ service throughout, always a smile. The breakfast was terrific as well. Delicious cappuccino and a broad selection of everything. Bread, croissants (laugen, even!), yoghurt, pastries and cake. My daughter went to the buffet four times; we've never seen her enjoy breakfast as much as here. Oh, and the fresh orange juice was delicious, too.

The location was perfect, a short walk from city train station, but calm area. The room was spacious and the decor had us in awe. We wish if we could spend more days in the room.

Stay at the historic, half-timbered Hotel Rebstock dating from the 14th century, surrounded by a lot of contemporary art, where the people of Lucerne too enjoy wining and dining.

Stayed here for our civil wedding. Staff has been super nice and helpful in helping us with anything we need. We also really liked taking pictures in front of the building. Breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was excellent, with lot of varieties of food. All the food were very fresh and delicious. Single Room was a super fit for a single person who are staying alone and the location also great which is close to the city center, railway station and bus stations. Very friendly staff, free minibar and a complementary gift from a spinner wheel game during checking out.
