Staff were very accomodating. Even put on a 4:30am breakfast for those of us competing in Ironman Thun. This was much appreciated.

The triple room was spacious for 3 people; we had comfortable space to move around. There were shelves, bedside tables, and cabinets to store your things. Beds were comfortable. The room was spotless clean and very airy...very relaxing. And the view from our room was breathtaking. It only takes 5-7mins walk away from the train station (15mins with heavy luggages). Staff was kind and helpful. Shops and restaurants are only few steps away.

Located in Thun’s Old Town, Hotel Restaurant Schwert Thun provides individually decorated rooms. You can sample Swiss cuisine at the hotel’s own restaurant and use free Wi-Fi in public areas.

This is an incredible place. Thanks to this hotel, I want to come to Thun many more times! In our huge room, there was a shower right in the center of the room, this is very cool, thank you! A lovely lady greeted us for breakfast, helped with all our questions and prepared us a delicious fresh breakfast! Thank you very much, I am sure that I will come to Thun again and will definitely stay at your hotel.

Beautiful spacious room. Despite being a corner room facing into the street there was very little noise. Hotel is centrally located, 10 minute walk from the train station. Very friendly staff. Wonderful Tex/Mex restaurant in the hotel itself.

Yhe hotel.was the perfect location just outside the main town of Thun. A 3min bus ride from right outside the train station yo right outside the hotel, perfect! The setting was beautiful, right on the lake. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with the restaurant overlooking the lake. The room was perfect size.for the 2 of us with bottled water left for.us daily. The bonus for is was the spa. Open until 10pm but it can be later if requested.

Very clean! Beautiful rooms, right next to the city center. We got a free upgrade when we check in. The guy on the reception was very welcome and friendly. We would recommend 100%.

I happened to forget my suitcase at the hotel. The staff was willing to help us send my suitcase to my current stay at that time. He even got an offer of the reduced delivery charges for me!
