The room was excellent, the view stunning, close to the parking. The staff was absolutely great, they really want to make you feel welcome, they receive you warmly. Furthermore, they care and want the client is happy. The restaurant and the menu is very nice and of excellent quality. The best hotel in Saas Fee we’ve been so far. We will return for sure.

This was a great hotel. Good value for the money. Fresh orange juice squeezing machine at breakfast. Food was top notch, I recommend breakfast.

Absolutely one of the nicest hotels to stay in Zermatt. The room was very comfortable, with stunning view of Mattehorn and a mini-fridge full of various drinks. There is also a roomy balcony to just chill and enjoy the view. We appreciated the top-tier bathoom - the water pressure and quality were perfect. The staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. There is also an option to try out saunas, which is a big bonus that is quite rare to come by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely return.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations and deserves the highest rating. Location: The hotel is situated in the picturesque village of Zermatt, which is a gem in itself. With incredible views of the Matterhorn and a convenient location right at the start of many hiking trails, it’s the perfect place for nature lovers and active holiday enthusiasts. Service: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, resolving any issues from everyday living and accommodation to organizing leisure activities in the town and conveniences in the mountains. The reception staff were particularly experienced and always ready to help with reservations and finding the right shops. Dining: The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, and the waiter ensured everything was top-notch. The outstanding room service allows you to order dinner from the restaurant downstairs, and every dish was simply masterpieces. The meat was divine, the signature cheesecake, and the high-quality drinks – special thanks to the bartender. Rooms: My spacious room was equipped with everything necessary for a luxurious rest after daily activities: a huge soft bed, a bath with views, a sauna, and a hammam right in the room, and a balcony with stunning views of the Matterhorn. This place is designed for true relaxation and rejuvenation. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel offers a wide range of services, including a spa, pool, and fitness center. Although I did not use them, their presence underscores the high quality of service and the care for guests. Surroundings: The views in the village and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking! You can hike for a whole week and not cover all the trails. It’s the perfect place for those who want to relax in the fresh air and improve their health with active walks.

Room: beautiful, the tub is a treat, view of Matterhorn with little balcony, amenities are nice. Loved the blanket, pillows and bed location is perfect near station and near shops breakfast was perfect in cozy room
