The room was excellent, the view stunning, close to the parking. The staff was absolutely great, they really want to make you feel welcome, they receive you warmly. Furthermore, they care and want the client is happy. The restaurant and the menu is very nice and of excellent quality. The best hotel in Saas Fee we’ve been so far. We will return for sure.

Wonderful weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge We had the most amazing weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge! Everything was just right, from the cozy yet luxurious accommodations to the top-notch amenities including awesome breakfast, spa&sauna and late check out on Sunday. The attention to detail throughout the lodge was truly impressive and made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the service - it was simply outstanding. The owners were not only professional, but incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base from which to explore the stunning alpine surroundings, Alpine Elite Lodge is an unbeatable choice. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

Stylish nice hotel. Spacious cleanroom finished with taste. Comfy bed. Superb breakfast.Great location - close to everything (main street with restaurants is 3 mins away, bus and cable car station is also few mins walk). Extremely helpful staff.It was our first trip to Zermatt and stay at Lodge but definitely not the last one.Overall we consider Lodge as one of the best hotels we ever visited in Europe.

We arrived in Zermatt late at night from Vienna and were pleased with the reception and assistance provided by Michael. The hotel had prepared a simple meat and cheese platter for us. The room temperature in our suite was perfect and we settled in pretty quickly after a long journey. We loved the amenities provided, including high-quality toiletries, pillow options, tea and coffee. The beds were super comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up to beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was excellent and served in a cosy restaurant. Chesa Valese is just perfect!

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby.

Matthiol hotel is amazing. Beautiful location, amazing room, and waking up to the Matterhorn is unforgettable. Our room had all the amenities expected of a Swiss luxury hotel. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Saida and Mareike were very nice to us. The electric cart driver too. And the best view of the Matterhorn!

Unique Hotel Post is situated in the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the train station. There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Some of the rooms boast views of the Matterhorn.
