Everything, two charming boys at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. You can say that they were doing their job, but for me, it was more, than that. The hospitality, room, and facilities (even the small and charming gym) were amazing. Plus for boys like me, super plus for the McDonald's next doors :)

The anxiety of travelling alone in a foreign country was alleviated with a free shuttle service from the airport. I landed in Zurich at 9.30pm and was in my comfy hotel room by 10.30pm ... and that was after asking so many questions at reception about my travels the following day. I simply love the Dorint. Everything runs smoothly. All-inclusive breakfast ~ healthy & delicious. Staff ~ friendly & helpful. My room ~ comfy & inviting. Dorint Airport Hotel is definitely going to be my go-to accommodation when visiting Zurich again.

This was a transit stay via Zurich, and the hotel proved a good overnight place to stay with my son. The Shuttle bus was a bit difficult to find, but it was ok. The rooms are an interesting design, open bathroom. There is a McDonald's downstairs, which my son appreciated. Note that it only opens at 9am though.

Great design and very cozy, comfortable bed, room has all the necessary amenities. The location is very close to the airport and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you can get to the airport in 10 minutes by bus.
