Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. A perfect stay.

Novotel Lugano Paradiso is a four star hotel, just 200 metres from Lake Lugano and the centre of Lugano can be reached within 5 minutes by bus.

Its the second time i stay in this hotel. The rooms are very big and stylish. The service is very good and the staff are extremely nice. The gym is well equiped , has the essentials. The pool is nice and water temperature is controlled. I

I really enjoyed the vintage vibe in the hotel and the employees were so kind (shout out to Luca aka Sancho and Chantal !). Also, the bus to go downtown is really close which made the whole trip so much easier. Also I really enjoyed the mirror set up and the lighting in the room which allowed me to put make up on really easily (quite rare that such a space would be dedicated to make up).

Very friendly staff! Extremely helpful regarding our transfer. Located in cute little village surrounded by beautiful nature. Delicious breakfast with the possibility to eat it outside on the terrace. Beds are good and rooms are clean. We want to return to this very nice hotel!

I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again
