The anxiety of travelling alone in a foreign country was alleviated with a free shuttle service from the airport. I landed in Zurich at 9.30pm and was in my comfy hotel room by 10.30pm ... and that was after asking so many questions at reception about my travels the following day. I simply love the Dorint. Everything runs smoothly. All-inclusive breakfast ~ healthy & delicious. Staff ~ friendly & helpful. My room ~ comfy & inviting. Dorint Airport Hotel is definitely going to be my go-to accommodation when visiting Zurich again.

Tramline right outside and only 10min to Zürich airport. 20-30min tram into the city. Great size room. Was upgraded which was lovely and not expected, but appreciated as it was the end of our trip where we based out if to do Zürich and Lucerne before flying home. Food store and restaurants nearby as well as in hotel. Mini bar and tea/coffee facilities which was nice.

Alma Hotel was a fabulous hotel with lovely old rooms with ,modern twist only 15 mins walk from old town. A perfect hotel near the lake with a ladies only wellness and yoga area. They even had a guest kitchen where you could store food in the fridge and prepare meals or snacks. Quite eco friendly with an honesty bar for drinks in reception and 24hr coffee machine in the restaurant. The only downside is that after my massage there isn’t a changing room or shower to use so when on the day of check out to get a massage it’s awkward. Apart from that tiny issue I would highly recommend this hotel in Zurich. Also a roof top terrace that would be fabulous in good weather!

We left from experiencing a really bad Airbnb listing and went to continue our stay in Zurich at The Flag. The Flag is absolutely amazing, and made everything better for us. The hallway and lift smells nice. The room smells so fresh once you open the door. The room is spacious which is a plus point. And the bed is comfy! I don’t understand why the hotel is only 2 stars. In my opinion, it should be at least 4. Will definitely be back!
