She also offered practical assistance, such as finding a room that suited my needs and so on. She frequently checked in on us, offering comforting words and making sure we were okay. Her genuine care and concern helped to alleviate our worries and made us feel at ease. Her exceptional service, personal attention, and kind words turned a potentially difficult situation into a pleasant and memorable experience. Great location next to shops, bars and restaurants, spacious clean and relatively modern furnishings. There was no 24h reception but they have us a way to self check in late.

Nice cosy room and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and special thanks to Aina at the reception who is also an excellent barrista. We had dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant too.
