Rij the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, when we arrived she received us with a smile and a warm welcome, we took the shuttle from Vancouver to Whistler and the hotel is next to the bus station. All shops and restaurants are near the Village within walking distance, we really want to come back! It's like Santa village

It’s a very cute hotel in the middle of Whistler. It has everything you need and the staff is very nice. We stayed just one night because we were on a roadtrip but I can totally recommend it for longer stays.

Our whole experience was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, exceptional room with wonderful views. The location was perfect for exploring the shops, bars, and restaurants. Even made use of the pool and hot tubs. We had a relaxing time during our stay.
