Simply amazing! The bed was huge, super comfortable, and spacious — perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi in the middle of the room was an incredible highlight, large, modern, and worked perfectly. The room gets very bright during the day, and since I wanted to relax without too much light, I noticed the curtains didn’t fully block it out. But honestly, that’s a very minor detail compared to the overall experience. I would still rate it 10/10 and definitely come back!

Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Really close to Toronto Pearson airport which is why we stayed there but really comfortable room with fridge, coffee maker and lounge area. Good restaurant with great food. Friendly staff.
