Everything was good location was convenient for travelling to other cities. The Subway and Bus Terminal is just a 15 minute walk or so. Walmart is just 5 minutes behind the hotel. Restaurants were also in close proximity. Breakfast was continental, Eggs and Bacon for $8.00 if you wanted it. Get your own experience. Would recommend.

Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.

Lovely welcome from the moment of arrival. The Team knew my name straight away and did not forget. Made it a home. Michael was very welcoming and developed a great rappore. Room service was prompt and polite. Housekeeping immaculate. Gorgeous breakfast. The bathroom has to be one of the best. Treat yourself and sneak away here. So central, so discreet. A faboulous bed and bed linen, the pinnacle of comfort. Some really nice extra subtle touches - the Team who put so much creativity, thought and effort into this experience deserve all their rewards. Really close to Toronto Pearson airport which is why we stayed there but really comfortable room with fridge, coffee maker and lounge area. Good restaurant with great food. Friendly staff.

The hotel was extremely well kept, room's very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, I was let down by an airline and needed accommodation for the night, the staff at check in helped and even offered some emergency supplies such as a toothbrush etc. Very much welcomed after a long haul and delayed / cancelled flights with no luggage.
