Brian our host was outstanding. His knowledge of Vancouver was very deep and he exuded enthusiasm. He was always willing to shuttle us to the local station or provide milk for tea in the room. His property is in a beautiful location with easy access to public transport and the gardens and pool are wonderful. Our room was perfect; a comfy bed, loads of space. Snacks were always put in the room and kept topped up. He provides brandy by the bedside for a night cap or two! Breakfasts were fabulous and always different. Thoughtful touches in the bathroom were cotton wool buds and balls etc.

Location is great, everything is within walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. Drinkable water refill was available on each floor. Two cold water dispensers with fruit fragrance near the check-in desk was a nice touch.

The hotel service is very good. The interior of the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the scenic spot and the shopping centre. It's great.
