Nicky made us feel very, very welcome to her beautiful home. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a lovely social occasion as we shared a large table with the other guests. We were treated to delicious home baked goodies, which set us up for the day. On the day of our departure we had to leave at 6.30 a.m. and Nicky had another delicious takeaway breakfast for us. We loved our time there - Nicky is a warm, welcoming host.

We got free upgrade to a room with hot tub. Room was so spacious, clean and full of supplies. Breakfast in bed was simply amazing. Staff is so polite. Free coffee is always a bonus.

The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here!

The front office staff, Mr. Guljit, Ms.Jenny and an Indian (Sikh) young girl were extremely welcoming and helpful. When I requested Mr.Guljit to upgrade us to Fallsview room, he took full interest and allocated us a good room at the required charges. The location of hotel is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Niagara falls and all main attractions.
