Everything was spotless, even in the corners and all up the stairs. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. All 3 rooms were occupied by family members so we had the place to ourselves. Just a very nice place to stay if you are in the Falls. It was $11.50 for 4 of us to grab an Uber to the ferris wheel / go karts on Clifton hill. Cheaper than parking. Owners were very attentive through email and kept us informed. Much appreciated. Nice large kitchen which is packed with all the dishes and appliances you would ever need !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it really was a (couple of) night to remember. Check-in was easy, with envelopes on the door with our details in, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was unbelievably clean. Four of us visited and our rooms were clean, comfortable and had shampoo etc., towels and wine glasses in. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, seriously, not your average B&B fare, and the whole vibe and décor that you see in the photos looked just as good in real life. We're so glad we stayed here, it added something special to our visit and was a much better and interesting experience than staying in a boring hotel. The jacuzzi baths were lovely, the range of breakfast items was great and the cooked breakfasts were so fun. One morning we were served french toast with fruit and the next was egg in baskets, both were delicious and nicely presented. It was also a really quiet and peaceful place to stay. Couldn't hear any other guests and the area around the B&B is quiet too. It's only a 10 minute walk to the centre which was perfect. I would recommend anyone else coming to Niagara to stay here.

Location Friendly staff - he went out of way to speak in German with my sons. Clean rooms - thanks to house keeping staffs. Great views of Niagara Falls. 5 stars for the views of falls.
