I had requested an early check-in and the young lady at the desk (whose name I unfortunately don’t know ) made it very easy as she expedited the process. This allowed us to get some well needed rest after a long drive before we ventured out. Another desk employee named Greg was super in recommending things to see and places to eat. Greg was always helpful answering any questions that we had. The breakfast was an unexpected surprise. It was super and more than we could eat. I also learned how to French press coffee for the first time. The location was great for our walking tour but even better because, one of the main reasons for coming here was to visit the Greg Frewin magic show which is located right next store. How cool was that? I would recommend your establishment to anyone.

We stayed two nights in the Cozy House and thought it was perfect for our needs. The owner was really helpful and has thought of everything you could need. Even bath robes and Werthers candy as extra kind touches. Loved having a laundry and a big fridge to store things.

The room overlooking the falls is very comfortable. The wiew is amazing. We loved everything! We also had a delicius meal at the restaurant. Shuttle service to parking is easy. We,ll go back!

We loved the river view room that we got. The location was really awesome. It's still a long walk to the Falls but the River itself was really beautiful. First morning, we woke up early to see that we had a view of the sunrise. We immediately went out for a walk (at 6:20am). It was stunning by the river, with the fog and the golden glow of the rising sun, plus the sound of the water. It was beautiful. I mentioned that it was still a long walk to the Falls but you can walk and it's a very nice walk along the river with benches to rest on. We love the free warm cookies given out at the reception. The elder Receptionist was the best. Very pleasant, helpful and easy to talk too. No free breakfast but the resto served reasonably priced food in large servings. Overall, we had a great experience in this hotel.

Location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the falls. But the neighborhood is dead quiet. So you can relax. Breakfast is served for everyone who is there, so you get to meet a lot of new people from all over the world.

Beautiful property Great location, 5 min walk to bottom of road, just thru the trees…..opens out onto the falls. Breathtaking Staff on desk were really lovely, as were the bar staff and restaurant staff next day. Had the most gorgeous Lobster Benedict for brunch Decor throughout was gorgeous too

The staff is great! Penny the receptionist got out of her way to assist me. She was really kind and helpful. The room is huge. I like the location, a bit far from the attractions but good enough.
