The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They paid close attention to every detail to ensure our comfort, and they graciously accommodated all our requests. On our last evening, we were even surprised with a delicious dessert — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. When it was time to leave, the host personally walked us to the taxi and said goodbye with such warmth and sincerity, it felt as if we were parting from close relatives, not just ending a hotel stay. The hotel is amazing, the rooms clean and very nice and the people from the hotel are extremely nice and friendly, we came in the early morning at the day of our check in and the woman at the receptiom let us come earlier into our room. 100% recommended for stays in Shumen.
