The hotel is very child friendly which is what we liked the most. They had special robes and slippers, plus special soap and a lovely bear sponge… great details that made my boys feel like the main guest. The kids Club with animators and many activities for the children was the best and gave us a bit of time to have an adult dinner a couple of times, also, our kids were really happy. The hotel is very lovely and the staff in general very nice. The buffet always nice and big.

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)

Very comfortable hotel with very spacious, well equiped rooms. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, very good wifi and good range of tv channels. Excellent location with rail-and busstation as well as old city centre on walking distance. Big shopping mail across the road.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was kind and accommodating—he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was a huge help. Even after I checked out, he let me leave my bag there for a while, and since it was an extremely hot day and I’d been outside, he even let me come back and take a shower. That level of hospitality really stood out. He wasn’t very talkative, but he was efficient and did his job well, which I appreciated. One of the biggest highlights of this hostel is its location. It’s right in the heart of the city center, with restaurants and key attractions just steps away. Despite being in such a central area, the hostel was surprisingly quiet—the rooms seemed to have excellent soundproofing, which made for a peaceful stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had great natural lighting. It also had air-conditioning and a lovely view of the bustling street below. I was fortunate to have the room to myself, which added to the comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and even felt slightly bigger than typical hostel beds, which made a real difference in sleep quality. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, were well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. There’s also a bar downstairs, which I didn’t personally use, but it’s a nice option for those who enjoy a social drink in the evening. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, and for the price, this place is an incredible value. I would absolutely recommend it to other travelers.

Checking in was very easy and the hotel was easy to find. 15 minute walk from Plovdiv South Bus/Coach Station on an easy to navigate route. Beds were great and room warm. Organised an extra night very helpfully.
