The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Best apartment and hospitality we ever experienced. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, we were upgraded out of good will, thr entire house is sparkling clean, walk away from center. Breakfast was diverse and very tasty. Delightful Home made dishes. View from terrace to the mountain was beautiful. We would surely come back again.

The Djangal is situated in peaceful surroundings next to a mountain creek and on a pedestrian street, 500 metres from the centre of Bansko and 800 metres from the ski lift.

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Dzhangal. Very cosy, warm and clean, in an ideal location in Bansko. Close enough to walk to the gondola for skiing but also far enough out that it was quiet in the evenings and away from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Bansko in the winter skiing to book here!

Fantastic view of the mountains from our spacious room and terrace. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Nice private garden and parking. Krasimir and Maria are so helpful and welcoming, we would 100% stay here again.

The staff was helpful, a lot of quantity on breakfast, nice massage on spa and the view of my room was incredible I could see the mountains with the snow and the beautiful this village !

The hotel was lovely! it was very clean, the beds were comfy, suites were spacious, the breakfast was so nice every morning with loads of different options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a really nice spa area which we tried out on the last day and the location is good too. It’s only about a 5/10 minute walk to the gondola and we stored our skis at the rental shop for 15lev per day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the hotel but there is storage at the hotel too which we used on last day. It’s also right next to all the restaurants or bars for the evening, but it’s still quite at night, so it’s perfect!

Terra Hotel is set at the foot of Pirin Mountain, overlooking the majestic 18 hole golf course and is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
