A true 5-star hotel! (with a stamp) Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. Managed with care for every little detail, with a dedicated staff ready to help with anything. Clean and well-equipped rooms with mountain views, a varied spa and a breakfast that is one of the rarest you will find (recommend the legendary avocado toast). Since we are vegetarians, we enjoyed a varied evening menu at the hotel restaurant, I recommend the pastas and salads. The portions are large and the prices are definitely good. The hotel has another luxury restaurant next door, the ''Leonardo''. If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Special thanks to the amazing hotel owner who takes care of every detail and runs the hotel professionally. Booking - please raise the hotel to 9.5, it deserves every star.

This was a lovely family Inn, quaint and homey. The rooms were lovely and well appointed, the hosts were friendly and helpful. The eating area and outside were lovely too. Close to things in town. And breakfast was terrific! I really enjoyed my time in Bansko and would highly recommend this place.

The Djangal is situated in peaceful surroundings next to a mountain creek and on a pedestrian street, 500 metres from the centre of Bansko and 800 metres from the ski lift.

Everything was really nice, friendly people, clean, cozy house, i booked 2roons, but my friends for the second room couldn't come, and i just called them and they were totally cool about it and didn't want to tax me. Close to gondola. Totally recommended place.

Family hotel built in traditional Bulgarian style. From the outside it looks like a village hut. The room feels as if you were in the chambers of a courtier in an ancient castle. It is also worth noting the location of the hotel. We didn't come to ski, but to spend a relaxing weekend. This hotel is ideal for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was lovely! it was very clean, the beds were comfy, suites were spacious, the breakfast was so nice every morning with loads of different options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They had a really nice spa area which we tried out on the last day and the location is good too. It’s only about a 5/10 minute walk to the gondola and we stored our skis at the rental shop for 15lev per day so we didn’t have to carry them back to the hotel but there is storage at the hotel too which we used on last day. It’s also right next to all the restaurants or bars for the evening, but it’s still quite at night, so it’s perfect!
