We had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the restaurants and the seafront promenade. We definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were fantastic — incredibly well-organised with fun activities scheduled every day. Special mention to the animation team and the DJ, who somehow managed to die (theatrically!) in four languages at once during a show — genuinely one of the most entertaining things I’ve seen. The food was excellent across the board, with the desserts being a real highlight.

Kristal hotel is an all-inclusive hotel complex in a peaceful and quiet area of the Golden Sands resort, only 450 metres away from the beach.

The location is excellent - just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and lovely views. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The variety of food at the buffet was impressive, with something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved the daytime activities - big water slides (with a separate pool for them), archery, billiards, table tennis, and more. There’s no time to be bored here! Whether you’re into games, water fun, or just sunbathing, everyone can find something to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Golden Sands. My review is for Dolce Vita, the other hotel of this brand. A few days before our check in, we have been told that Dolce Maria is still in renovation so we can stay at Dolce Vita, which was quite a big suprise for us. It is an amazing resort. Conditions are great, food is very qualitive, pools are really nice. Also, the position is very good. You can easily take a walk to the center of the turistic area.
