Our whole family stayed in two rooms at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff deserve all the praise they get – they were always available and patient even with our youngest, restless child :). The breakfast was excellent, and when something ran out, it was always replenished and fresh. The hotel's location is good - within a 10-minute walk to the center (St. James's Church). The hotel also offered free parking.

Beautiful place to stay in Mostar with perfect location and good stuff.

The hotel is well located, just 200 hundred metres away from the Old Bridge. The place is quiet as it is a low season in winter, even though there is a river down there, but I barely heard the noise inside. The staff I met are very kind, helpful, attentive and professional. The receptionist warmed my room up even though I had not asked him to do so. When I arrived, he served me a yummy chia yoghurt and an apricot juice then led me to my room, with a second chia yoghurt as I was addicted to it 😀! The next morning, during breakfast, Jasmin and another girl (sorry, I should have remembered your name) took care of us and asked us if we would have needed anything else. The breakfast was a treat with wonderful background music, the atmosphere was quite cosy and we all forgot about time because normally we should have finished it before 10am, however, they did not bother us and just left us to finish it quietly. Finally, when I checked out, I met them again and they prepared a surprise for me, a surprise which will remind me of them, the hotel, the city of Mostar and the BH, well, all I could tell is they listen to you, they care about you and make you feel at home.I could not describe that emotion that a stranger (me) was being cared and listened and an unintentional demand was being taken consideration during the stay. Later, they called the bus station to ask for the information for my next destination. It was a wonderful stay, I really felt the efforts that all of them made to offer a reception of high quality and give the guests an unique experience during their stay. Thank you so much for making my day and my year.

The hotel is quite new and in good shape. It's located just above the old town and famous bridge, however with summer temperatures closing to 40 degrees, we choose to drive to town. The rooms are big and clean with all needed facilities. We met a nice Bosnian waiter, who was very chatty and quite a character - an asset to this hotel. But the biggest plus was its small but beautiful pool with a view over the city. The pool has a moving roof so it can be opened up if needed. And it looks and feels great. This is a good place to cool off overnight while traveling or stay for a few days to visit the city and its surroundings.

I liked the clean and very comfortable rooms and ambient. The hotel's staff were very polite and professional.

Location is great! Service and food in the restaurant are amazing. Only the place for breakfast i would have changed. It feels like in the basement, with very limited food options. Otherwise it’s clean and staff is very friendly.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. Well located to the old town but also to a normal local area with shops, restaurants. It took us about 15 mins to get into the old town. The room was big and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor area as a DREAM. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
