Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming atmosfere and location is great, in city center, everything was walking distance. We arrived with car and had slightly problems with finding the parking location, but that's on us and is quite normal for city centre location. Breakfast was great, so many options and everything was delicious. Room was clean, bed quite comfy, we had no complaints. Definitely would return at hotel Festival and I definitely recommend it if you are visiting Sarajevo.

Everything was perfect. Location is very good, close to shopping mall and about 10 min walk to Baščaršija. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very kind. The breakfast was fabulous. In the room there are all necessary facilities. A big advantage is free parking. Also, design of hotel is very interesting. For sure next time I will book this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment during my Balkan trip, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation of my journey! The apartment is ideally situated just off the old town center, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short, pleasant walk to the vibrant old town, making it perfect for exploring the area's rich history and culture. Plus, there's a small supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient for our needs. The apartment itself is spacious and impeccably clean—seriously, not a speck of dust! It feels very new and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nihad, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We arrived late at night, and he was there to welcome us, making the check-in process smooth and easy. When it was time to leave, he kindly arranged our airport drop-off, which we greatly appreciated.

The family-run Pansion Hotel Villa Harmony - Free Parking is located in Vraca, one of the most beautiful and quiet parts of Sarajevo, boasting magnificent views of the city.

Once again, our stay was perfect thanks to the staff and the hotel itself. Everything is made to make our stay the easiest possible. Rooms are just the right size and comfortable, bathroom is clean and well equipped + perfect soundproofing (it was a saturday night). Thanks again for the two ladies at the front desk who were available, kind and funny ! Made our stay even better. Will be back for sure on the future.

We stayed at Royal Gold for two nights during our honeymoon and had a very good experience overall. We had originally booked a double room and mentioned that it was a special occasion. To our surprise, the owner, Tanja, had prepared something thoughtful for us. She waited until we arrived to personally welcome us and let us know that she had upgraded us to a full apartment, which was much bigger than expected. She was genuinely kind and helpful, gave us some useful tips about the city, and clearly made an effort to make our stay more special. We appreciated the gesture and her friendly attitude. The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the old town, which made it easy to get around without being in the middle of the crowds. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time in Sarajevo and were happy with our choice to stay here.
