Everything was perfect. We checked in after office hours and the paperwork and keys were left in a dropbox for us. Clear instructions were given. When we arrived, there was a welcome pack of essentials to make things easy. The apartment is superbly situated next to the wharves and a couple of minutes from the centre. It is really well equipped, lots of space, clean and comfortable. The staff at the agency were brilliant. Friendly and relaxed, gave great advice, an absolute pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The kids and I really enjoyed the pool facilities. The food prices at the bar were affordable and nicely prepared. I would recommend for a family looking for an affordable accommodation with well kept facilities.

We had a beautiful and very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which was very convenient to huge pool. We stayed there for 9 nights and surly will come back. Super friendly manager and staff. The made up the beds every day, fresh towels when needed…..best service! And the location was perfect too, directly on the esplanade.
