Excellent hotel, with an ideal location to the elevators, and practically in the center of the village, the staff is all polite and sociable, and is always ready to help in everything, there is parking at the hotel it is free, there are discounts on renting ski equipment, excellent spa complex, excellent breakfasts and hearty dinners, waiters are always tidy and pleasant in communication especially Marton, the hotel is unequivocally the best in the region!!!!

The hotel Crystal VAYA Unique is located in Obergurgl in the Ötztal Alps. Rooms feature large windows and balconies, and some offer mountain views. The cuisine mixes tradition and modernity.

Super friendly hosts who go the extra mile! My appartement was very clean and looked completely new. I found everything I needed and especially the kitchen is well equipped with the newest appliances. The atmosphere was very quiet and cozy, perfect for a Workation! Located on a hill, the Residenz is very quiet and away from the Apres-Ski and ski-in ski-out is possible when there is enough snow. I arrived without car and the village center can be reached by a 15 min walk or the mini cable car which is free to use. The wifi connection was working fine.
