It was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff, welcome drink during check in. Very beautiful and cozy design, stylish interior. Amazing breakfast, and especially delicious cappuccino! We enjoyed the spa area, its really relaxing, also nice to have tea/water all the time. I had my birthday during the stay, Hotel Zhero made a surprise to me a Prosecco and little fruits plate in the room, it was very kind little gift! We rented ski and snowboard, equipment was of a good quality and well selected by the staff. Also we appreciated the free ski shuttle service so we did not need to use our car at all. Good underground parking, safe. I will definitely return to hotel Zhero once in Ischgl!

Extremely clean, tidy and presentable hotel. Large well decorated rooms. Great breakfast and dinner. Great facilities, shuttle bus to and from hotel to lift, ski storage by the main lift. Couldn't ask for much more.

The localisation of the hotel was excellent, in a silent village of Mathon, close to Ischgl. Very close to the skibus stop. Very well suited apartments. Our had a view to the mountains on both sides of the valley and a glass roof, so we could see the stars. Also, there was an well equiped wellnesss center in the hotel, in the price of the apartment. The logistics in Astellina hotel was fantastic! Everything was anticipated by Herr Dietmar Walser and his team. For example we could receive in the hotel our ski passes as well as a key for the ski depot at the Pardatschgratbahn. In addition, Mr. Dietmar was so kind and helpfull everytime. Once he picked us with his car to Ischgle, when the bus stop was overcrowded. This is unusual. This is the first time from all 8 times we stayed in the Alps region, when such extraordinary hospitality is presented.

Wonderful breakfast selection of both cold and hot food options, Dinner was of an equally high standard . I was accompanied by my daughter who speaks fluent German whereas I do not and was delighted to find five English speaking channels on TV (And not confined to news broadcasts!) The views from the hotel were lovely since Fiss is very picturesque. The hotel staff and local restaurants were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bedrooms and bathrooms were of high quality
