Accommodation: The room was spacious. There was a big bed, a corner with the couch and a terrace with 2 sun loungers. It was a very quiet room with a mountain (and only partial lake) view. And there was a prepared bag with additional towels for the pool! Everything was exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with external blinds on the window/door to terrace. The room has a movable curtain, covering the glass wall of the shower cabin - if you wish to know what is happening inside ;) Location: the hotel is located in the middle of the town. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the lake embankment or few more minutes to the public beach. It is surrounded by restaurants. Personnel: they are amazing! They speak German and English. And they are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast: it is great! It consists of different meat and cheese slices, vegetables, fruits and spreads. There was a variety of fresh juices. There were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs as well. Parking: they have their own territory for parking or they can provide you with an allowance to park on the public parking. Public parking is just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Benefits: there is a sauna. There is even a pool on the roof with the amazing view!

Situated in the very centre of Sankt Gilgen and just 200 metres from Lake Wolfgang’s shore.

One of the best customer service ever seen. We noted that we are arriving with our dog. The owner asked us how big the dog is. When we arrived there was a made doggy bed in our room together with two bowls and even doggy treats. Really kind. Recommend

Location is wonderful! Just few walking steps to all tourist places; Mirabell garden, restaurants, shopping area. Salzburg HBF main train station is very near (5 minutes by car, 18 minutes walking distance). Staff were very friendly and arranged everything for us; transportation, tickets, etc. I highly recommend staying at this hotel; not just in Salzburg, but wherever it is available in any city specially in Vienna!
