The staff are very friendly and flexible. Lost and found was very active. The outdoor pool is exceptional. The hotel location is close to some attractions.

The special, modern design with art’s elements, the decorations, the clean and good maintaining conditions, the nice and friendly manner of the staffs, and the super nice boss gave us comfortable and relaxing staying experience! Also, the breakfast was perfect, the food was good and the juice was very fresh!

Everything was good, right from cleanliness, location, public transport, things to do around, breakfast, the staff, accessibility to Salzburg. Our room had small kitchen with plates, microwave, stove top, refrigerator. They have indoor and outdoor play area. Free parking. Free coffee round the clock. We really loved our short stay at Landhaus Fay! The place has such a cozy, welcoming vibe — the rooms are super cute and comfortable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a really nice selection considering it’s a small B&B. Mark was so friendly and helpful, and even though we arrived quite late, he still made check-in easy for us. Mark and Nicky also sent us clear directions to find the B&B, which was super helpful — definitely recommend using Google Maps, as Waze got a bit confused! Honestly, it’s a shame we only stayed one night — we’d happily come back for a longer visit next time!
