I highly recommend this hotel if you are close to Innsbruck or South Bavaria. We traveled from there to Berchtesgaden and it took us through breathing windy roads through the Alps. We arrived late and we were welcomed by friendly staff. Breakfast was a buffet and also a cooked option. Delicious. And the restaurant was with the view - the hotel is based in the middle of the mountains. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Piece and quiet. Highly recommended.

The stay was amazing and can only recommend to everyone who like the combination of wellness and hiking. Amazing breakfast, food at the Tiroler Abend on Friday evening was outstanding. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable supportive and friendly and the wellness area super relaxed. The bed was really very comfortable and the room sizes quite big for the price. We really enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Lederer’s living is a modern design hotel in the centre of Kaprun. The property features a restaurant serving a buffet breakfast and all guests enjoy free admission to the Tauern Spa Kaprun.

Everything was great, the room, the equipment, breakfast, cleaning. Every little detail was counted. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt the personal touch that the managers gave us and all the gusts. They took care of all of our requests, and if we needed anything, all of our stay. The room was perfect for families. The best advantage was the Taurn Spa free tickets. We can't wait to return in our next ski vacation.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable with nice balcony, beds comfy, staff super attentive and helpful. Pool and spa was also good. Location perfect - 7-8 minute walk to the center and lifts. Breakfast was also with lots of variety.
