The staff were incredible; so warm and welcoming. The concierge (sorry, we didn't get his name) was brilliant. Whenever we needed the shuttle bus up to Ischgl, he was onto it immediately and we never had to wait long. Also, Matej looked after us amazingly in the dining room.

Great hotel!! The owners and employees are really nice and so willing to help you with everything. The breakfast was fantastic as well! Clean and neat rooms with proper beds. This hotel is all you need for a (ski)holiday.

This hotel on the sunniest spot in Ischgl is one of the most beautiful design hotels in the Alps and offers fantastic cuisine, excellent service and a wonderful spa area.

The facilities of the hotel were fantastic, we wanted a hotel with pool and spa facilities near to the mountain view which this had both. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were amazing, great temperature and being able to order a drink to enjoy while you relax really made it special.

Just 150 metres from the Waldbahn Cable Car in Fiss, the Natürlich Hotel is right next to the slopes. It features a spa and a balcony overlooking the mountains in each room.
