The family (owners) and staff of the hotel were lovely. Although it is not an adult only hotel the atmosphere was so relaxed and the view from the park and the lake completes this wholesome experience! I loved this hotel! A perfect, extremely central location in the town, with its own car park and lovely beach/deck, on the lake shore. The hotel buildings are characterful and (not ostentatiously, but) stylishly furnished. Everything is immaculately clean. The staff - from the gentleman who directed me into my parking space, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff - were all warm, helpful and courteous. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful courtyard/garden location. And with very good coffee! I could not fault it. Thank you!

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel upgraded us upon our arrival which was a nice and pleasant surprise! The lake view was great! The whole SPA and pool area was amazing with many people but with never the feeling it was crowded. Food and breakfast very good! We could not hope for more for our short stay
