The staff is kind and helpful at the reception, lobby or restaurant. Car parking is managed by them in garage in front of the hotel. The breakfast is elegant, high quality, guests may ask any kind of coffee, omelette etc. Very pleasant stay and nice return any time.

Everything was in perfect order. Room was super clean , mattresses and pillows were the most comfortable I ever slept in a hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful. We travel alongside with a small dog which was treated as a guest as well!

We liked the tastefully decorated room, very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the creative room signs. The room was very quiet and excellently located. Very good and varied breakfast.

We were given a spacious and well appointed room with a big balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town, and very quiet at night. Laundry facilities were great after traveling for a couple of weeks. I would strongly recommend Harry’s Home.

The Mercure Graz City is located a few steps from the historic centre of Graz, only 400 m from the Schlossberg with the town's landmark, the clock tower.

I made 2 booking last month, both for 1 night only: on June 21st and 25th - 1st via Booking.com and 2nd via All app. Via Booking.com I got the room with breakfast included and stayed in the 3rd floor, front view. Via All app, breakfast wasn't included and the room was in the 1st floor, back view. On both, price was the same. What surprised me was that, although I booked the room for one person (and my dog), the double bed had only ONE pillow. That never happened before on any hotel I booked only for me. The rest of the experience was the same. Points for Booking to provide a better cost/experience for the customer against the owned app from Accor (which I believe should be the opposite if they aim for fidelity).

The Grand Hotel Wiesler in Graz is an Art Nouveau hotel that perfectly understands how to combine an exciting mix of old and new. It is centrally located directly on the Mur in Graz's old town.

The room was big and it looked out over the river. It even had a pair of binoculars to look out over the town and a candle and matches for the evening. The decor was funky which was nice.

This modern hotel next to the Main Train Station in Graz is within a 10-minute walk from the historic Old Town and the Kunsthaus.

Location is next to the train\bus station, so it's perfect for early trips. People on the reception were super-nice and helpful, the room is comfortable and well-equipped. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Graz.
